How To Fix A Vaporizer?

Vaporizer

It’s very common to eventually encounter a problem with your vaporizer, especially after an extended period of use. This happens with a lot of vaporizers, regardless of quality.

There are many different types of vaporizers each with their own issues, but some issues happen across the board. Here are some solutions to hopefully help you fix your vaporizer without having to go through the cumbersome process of getting a new one.

If it’s Not Turning On  If you’re vaporizer is not turning on the first thing to do is to try and wait a couple minutes before trying to turn it on again. If that doesn’t work, then you should check your charging cable. Your charging cable could have stopped holding a charge thus not allowing your vaporizer to recharge. If the wiring on your charging cable looks worn and broken, it can be a good idea to get a new charging cable or ask to borrow a friends. If you can determine that it’s not your charging cable, then you probably need to get a new battery for your vaporizer. You should check to see if your battery is covered under your vaporizer warranty.

If the Chamber Is Not Screwing Into The Battery If your vaporizer chamber is not screwing into the battery, you may have the wrong threading. 510 Threading is the most popular, but not the standard all the way around.  You should check to make sure that the threading of the battery and the chamber absolutely match.

Thin Vapor In Dry Herb Vaporizers This is a common problem for dry herb vaporizers. If you’re consistently getting a really thin or almost no vapor, it means that your vaporizer isn’t at a high enough temperature. Turning up the temperature should result in you getting a thicker vapor. If this fix doesn’t work, you may want to try grinding your herbs better. If you don’t grind your herbs enough, this can result in an improper airflow in the chamber, which can lead to a thin or no vapor. If none of these solutions work, it may be a problem with your vaporizer heating mechanism. If you’re problem persists, it may be a good idea to head down to your local dispensary. The friendly staff at a Los Angeles dispensary like Sun Valley Caregivers may be able to help you fix your vaporizer. Most Los Angeles recreational dispensaries also sell vaporizers if you need to pick up a replacement.
